Mastery: Food Psychology & Behaviour Change
In this follow-on course, we explore the thoughts, habits, and behavioural patterns behind eating choices, designed for when eating is more stable and you’re ready for deeper change.
Meet me
I spent years swinging between strict dieting and full-on rebellion, wondering why nothing ever lasted. Feeling so lost was exhausting, isolating, and filled with shame - because how are we supposed to escape something that can affect everything we do?
I realised there’s a lot of conflicting nutrition advice out there, and anyone can call themselves a nutritionist. That’s why I became an Associate Registered Nutritionist - to provide evidence-based guidance held to professional standards.
I'm recovered now, a place I never thought I could get to. But I want you to know: I’m not more disciplined, genetically blessed, or capable than you are. With the right tools, you can break the diet cycle, and rebuild a healthy relationship with food, mind, and body.
