Improving my relationship with food always felt impossible.
There is simply not enough support or understanding of how to help people with eating issues. Whether it's diet clubs, coaches, non-profit or even commonly encoutered weight-based medical or psychology settings. That's because changing behaviour around food is complex, and totally different to other forms of behaviour change.
I had always thought that I was a failure for not being able to stick to "healthy eating" or diets when I'd managed to lose weight in the past. But each time I tried a new plan, I would quickly snap and start an exhausting cycle of overeating and regaining control.
But I want you to know that despite how it may feel, there is a way to regain more peace and choice around food, and start thinking about things other than your diet. And you don’t have to figure it out alone.
My coaching style and philosophy is built on years of personal experience, combined with evidence-based research, and real-life results from hundreds of clients of all ages and walks of life, who have managed to find balance.
